| 摘 要： | 从职业的角度来看待安全工程应用型创新人才的成长,安全工程应用型创新人才在培养过程中有5个主要问题:提出问题的勇气和能力、开展面向问题的研究性学习、运用所学知识锲而不舍解决问题过程的磨炼、体验成功解决问题的顿悟、形成自豪感与树立从事职业的自信心。相应地把握其认知能力、学习方法等5个环节及其逻辑关系,对安全工程应用型创新人才培养具有一定的指导意义。
