| 摘 要： | 教学团队在整合教学资源,推进教学改革和提高教学质量上起到重要的作用。目前,国内高校组建了数千个各种层次的教学团队,在教学团队建设中,合理处理影响教学团队绩效的几个重要关系,是教学团队高效率运行的保障,这些重要关系包括教学团队中科研和教学的关系,团队长期目标和短期目标的关系,团队中老教师和青年教师的关系与团队带头人和团队成员的关系。
