| 摘 要： | 大学生村官制度的实施对于提高农村干部队伍整体素质,促进城乡人才的合理流动,扩大大学生就业渠道,推进社会主义新农村建设,具有十分重大的意义和价值。然而由于大学生村官还是一个新兴事物,在实践过程中出现融入现状难,各种待遇差,角色不明确和管理不科学等问题。要在实践中探索成功经验,从精心组织、严格选拔、任职培训,就任后的管理和保障等方面,完善和健全大学生村官工作中的各项制度,建立起长效的基层干部培养机制。
