| 摘 要： | 东北亚文化应成为儒家思想丰富和发展的文化,儒家文化在东北亚的与时俱进中必然成为东北亚经济发展的助推器。东北亚文化的基因之一是“以人为本”,而“以人为本”可以转化为发展经济的资本。
