| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国一般图书馆存在的主要问题，介绍了供应链管理（SCM）理论及其构建方法，并结合图书馆管理业务流程构建了图书馆供应链模式，最后相应地提出了供应链管理理念在图书馆管理创新运用中的几点策略。
