云南高校学科布局发展研究

近年来，云南高校学科建设取得了突飞猛进的发展，但与其它省份相比还存在一定的差距。云南的地方高校要想在日益激烈的竞争中突出重围，必须依赖优势学科。优势学科的形成需具备两个条件：一是该学科必须是特色学科；二是该学科必须具备一定的历史积淀。准确选择一批与云南地方经济、社会、文化紧密结合，具有一定历史积淀且与现有优势学科存在密切关联的特色学科，重点加以建设，使之成为优势学科，以带动云南学科的整体发展，是当前重点学科建设的主要内容之一。其主要措施是集中力量培养或引进一批高端学术人才，发挥其引领作用，构建高水平的学术团队，完善现有的学术科研条件，构建一批在国内具有先进水平的创新平台。

Developmental Research on the Discipline Layout in Colleges and Universities in Yunnan Province

Discipline construction of colleges and universities in Yunnan Province has undergone rapid devel-opment in recent years. Nevertheless, there still exists a wide gap compared with other provinces. If the local col- leges and universities in Yunnan wish to stand out from the fierce competition among the others around the coun-try, they must depend on their respective superior disciplines. There are two conditions deciding the formation of a superior discipline. Firstly, the discipline must be a characteristic discipline, and secondly it must have a his- torical accumulation. The first and foremost point in constructing key disciplines at present is wisely choosing a batch of disciplines which are tightly related to local economics, societies and cultures with a historical accumula- tion connected to the existing advantage disciplines, and then reinforce their construction, making them advantage disciplines so as to promote the overall development of disciplines in Yunnan. The main measures of key disci-pline construction are cultivating and importing a group of high - level academic talents, setting up high level aca-demic teams, improving academic conditions and building advanced level innovation platforms.
