| 摘 要： | 为了揭示建筑企业IT技术的扩散规律，以建筑企业管理信息系统为例，分别基于BASS模型和NUI模型进行了研究。通过问卷调查收集了我国建筑企业管理信息系统扩散的相关数据，采用非线性最小二乘法进行参数估计。研究结果表明，与BASS模型相比，NUI模型更加符合该技术扩散的实际情况；研究还表明我国建筑企业管理信息系统扩散的初始速率比较迟缓，而随着时间的推移该项技术扩散的内部影响因素将不断增大，文章还从技术特征变化的角度对此进行了解释。

| Abstract: | In order to demonstrate the IT innovation diffusion principles in construction industry, study and comparison of the diffusion of management information system （MIS） technology in the Chinese construction in-dustry were undertaken based on Bass model and NUI model. The data of IT innovation diffusion in the Chinese construction industry were collected by questionnaire investigation. The parameter estimations were carried out using nonlinear Least - squares method. The research findings point out that the NUI model performs significant-ly better than Bass model. The research findings show that internal influence on the diffusion of MIS technology increases with passage of time. A preliminary interpretation is made to this phenomenon. |
