公平正义是社会主义核心价值的重要内容

社会核心价值体系与社会主义核心价值既有联系又不能等同.前者是提炼出后者的理论依据,后者必须表达前者的终极价值.提炼社会主义核心价值,一方面应以社会主义核心价值体系为基本理论依据,即以社会主义价值目标为基本依据；另一方面需要把握马克思恩格斯批判资本主义的出发点,即社会主义应在哪些关键方面超越资本主义；同时,还应观照当代世界发展的历史走向,即考察人类当下普遍向往的社会理想.从此三个维度思考,公平正义都不应被排除在社会主义核心价值之外.只有高擎公平正义的旗帜,才表明是通过社会主义制度而不是别的制度实现富强、民主、文明、和谐、人的自由全面发展等其他价值目标.

Fairness and Justice as the Key Points of Socialist Core Values

The social core value system and the socialist core values are connective with each other, and yet cannot be treated as one. The former is the theoretical basis and source of the latter and the latter conveys the ultimate value of the former. The crystallization of the socialist core values should be, first of all, theoretically based on the socialist core value system by using the socialist value target as the fundamental. Secondly, it should adhere tightly to the starting point of Marx and Engels＇ criticism towards the capitalism, that is, in what key aspects socialism can surpass the capitalism. Thirdly, its crystallization should also take into account the historical tendency of the modem civilization of the universally yearned social ideals. Judging from these three dimensions of research, fairness and justice should not be excluded from the socialist core values. Only by truly holding the banner of fairness and justice, can we safely say that it is the socialist system but not some other sys- tem that can help achieve the ultimate socialist value goals of prosperity, powerfulness, democracy, civilization, harmony and the citizen＇ s free and overall development.
