摘    要:社会支持各因素对不同组织变革应激存在影响。利用自编组织变革压力问卷和工作社会支持问卷对新生代员工进行调查,结果显示不同社会支持与特定组织变革压力存在显著相关;路线模型探索显示社会支持各因素对特定组织变革压力具有显著预测力。

Abstract:The social support factors have an influence on different dimensions of organizational change pressure. The research used self - developed questionnaires of organizational change pressure and social support in work place to investigate the new generation employees. The results show that different social supports are significantly correlated with certain organizational change pressures, and the path model reveals that social sup-port significantly contributes to specific organizational change pressures.
