| 摘 要： | 在分析继续教育现状和发展新机遇的基础上,运用客户关系管理理论分析高校继续教育的客户和不同层次学习者的学习特性、需求变化,提出云南高校继续教育应转变为双元型发展模式,即如何实现高校继续教育发展中探索和开发并存的模式,并从发展思路、运行机制、办学举措等几个方面来构建云南高校继续教育的双元型发展模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of current situation of university continuing education and novel opportuni- ties for its development, the paper employs the theory of Customer Relationship Management （CRM） to analyze the characteristics of different levels of learners in university＇s continuing education, and proposes an ambidex- trous model of the development of university＇s continuing education, i. e. , a model which can help to achieve both exploration and exploitation in the development of university continuing education. Finally, the paper pro- poses the strategy of establishing ambidextrous model of the development of university＇s continuing education in Yunnan from development idea, mechanism and measure. |
