| 摘 要： | 企业是社会的基础经济单元,企业民主与经济民主、政治民主密切相关。企业民主的实现程度体现着企业职工享有民主的实际状况,也是企业职工作为社会成员享有社会权利的集中体现。企业民主是和谐社会经济上的推动器;是和谐社会政治民主的一种有效实现形式。企业民主价值目标内在地统一于和谐社会的价值追求。因而,企业民主对和谐社会建设具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Enterprises are the basic economic unit of the society,and enterprise democracy is closely related with economic democracy and political democracy.The extent of the application of enterprise democracy represents the actual status of enjoying democracy by the workers,and reflects the social rights enjoyed by them as social members.Enterprise democracy is a harmonious society's economic generator,an effective form for the realization of political democracy in a harmonious society.The enterprise democracy's target of value is inherently unified with the pursuance of value of a harmonious society.So,in order to build a harmonious society,the enterprise democracy is of great significance. |
