| 摘 要： | 科学决策活动是一种综合性的认识活动。它以科学认识为基础 ,以价值评价为导向 ,以理想追求为目标。它不仅要求真 ,而且要求善 ,同时还要求美 ,要求实现真善美的有机统一。科学决策以求真为基础 ,实现决策科学化是求真的途径 ;以求善为目的 ,实现决策民主化是求善的保证 ;以求美为理想 ,实现决策艺术化是决策活动的最高境界

| Abstract: | Making Scientific decisions is a comprehensive activity of cognition.It is based on scientific understandings,directed by value judging systems,and aims at pursuing ideals.It is required not only to be true,but also to be good and beautiful,and to be a comprehensive entity composed of the true,the good and the beautiful.Making scientific decisions is based on seeking the true which makes decisions scientific;it aims at seeking the good which guarantees the democracy of decisions;and it takes as the ideal seeking the beautiful which makes the artistry the realm of decisions. |
