论大学的学术自由和大学活动的学术价值

学术价值与学术自由有着密切的联系。追求学术的价值 ,大学需要学术自由。给予学术自由 ,是为了让大学实现学术的社会价值。学术价值与学术社会价值虽然有区别 ,但本质上是相互融通的。学术自由的限度 ,主要体现在对学术的主观价值偏差的约束上。同样 ,学术的社会价值也具有主观性。社会、大学都应确立正确的价值导向。大学只有实现学术的主观价值与客观价值、学术价值与学术社会价值的统一 ,才能拥有充分的学术自由权

Discussion on Academic Value and Academic Freedom

There is close relation between academic value an d academic freedom.An university needs academic freedom so as to pursue academic value,while academic social value,but their essence is consistent.The limitatio n of academic freedom is maindy determined by the subjective deviation,the same as the academic social value,which is also subjective.Both society and universit y should have correct concept of value.Only when academic subjective value and o bjective value are united,as well as academic value and social value are,can an university sufficiently possesses academic freedom.
