朱之瑜教育哲学简述

摘    要:朱之瑜是我国明清之际的学者。他力倡“敬教劝学,建国之大本;兴贤育才,为政之先务”的教育为本论;“学者,所以学为人”的教育目的论;继承并发挥了儒家笃志好学、循序渐进、少而精等传统教学法。其言行对日本明治维新实践的成功、教育兴国理念的确立,都产生了深远的影响。

Abstract:ZHU Zhi-yu was an educator in the later years of Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644AD) , who advocated the principle of "Respecting teachers and encouraging people to learn is of the prime importance for strengthening a country; finding the personage of outstanding worth and cultivating the abled men is the first task for government". According to him, education aims at "training the students into the persons of virtue". He carried forth the traditional teaching concept by Confucian school, which is featured by diligence, orderly advanced and choice of studying materials. His doctrine exerted far-reaching influence on Japans reform in the mid-19th century.
