| 摘 要： | 从缅甸联邦形成的历史来看,其民族关系一直是非常复杂的。独立后的几届政府虽然都在努力改善民族关系,维护国家统一,但由于所采取的政策有许多失误,引起少数民族的不满,导致一些民族走上了武装割据对抗政府的道路。本文从历史和现实两个方面探讨了这一现象长期存在的原因。

| Abstract: | In the history of Myanmar,the ethnical relationship has always been very complicated. Though the governments took many measurements to improve the nationality relations and keep the unity of the country,some unreasonable policies still caused ethnical conflict and made some minorities walk on the way to onti-government. From the two sides of history and reality,this article analysizes the origins of the problem. |
