《中华人民共和国教育法》修改中有关问题的探讨

随着社会形势的发展,《中华人民共和国教育法》需要适时修改。沈阳师范大学教育经济与管理研究所受教育部法制办公室的委托,针对《中华人民共和国教育法》总则部分所确定的教育方针及有关教育基本原则制度等条款,进行具体的分析与研究,理清有关内容表述的历史沿革,并根据《宪法》及党中央文件的有关表述,结合教育改革与发展实践的需要,提出相应的修改建议,供有关决策部门参考。

A Probe into the Amendment of The Educational Law of the PRC

With the development of the society, The Educational Law of the PRC needs timely amendment.In accordance with the educational policy and its relevant principles regulated by the general section of The Educational Law of the PRC, the Department of Education of the PRC and the SNU' s subject research group which focuses on the study of the principles and systems of educational law conduct a specific analysis and research, and redefine the concepts of certain historical contents. Furthermore, some relevant amendment is put forward for the reference of the policy-making authority according to The Constitution and the relevant documents of the Central Committee of the CPC.
