| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济就是要求以环境友好方式利用自然资源和环境容量,实现经济活动的生态化转向。它实质上是一种生态经济,它的操作原则体现了一定的生态伦理意蕴:(1)减量化体现了生态伦理的人与自然和谐共存的思想;(2)再利用体现了生态伦理的持续生存原则;(3)再循环体现了生态伦理的代际和代内公平理念。它的经济模式与生态伦理思想也相吻合。
