| 摘 要： | 文散阶的进化在南朝停滞不前，在北朝却迅速推进。其原因在于，北朝曾向将士普授文散官从而使之进化为位阶，南朝的“文清武浊”观念却阻碍了类似现象的普遍化。魏晋南北朝有两种“品位分等”：一种是以门第，中正品和“清浊”构成的“门品秩序”，它是士族自治的产物；另一种则是由军阶代表的“官吕秩序”，它较富功绩制色彩。
