| 摘 要： | 重视实践教学是高校改革和发展的需要。顶岗实习作为高校旅游管理专业的实践教学形式,有它存在的依据和积极作用。高校旅游管理专业的顶岗实习应注意选择好实习企业、配备好指导教师及建立科学评价体系等问题。

| Abstract: | The practice teaching is essential for the reform and development of colleges and universities.As a practice teaching of management specialty of colleges and universities,the practice has the basis and the positive role which it exists.The practice of colleges and universities travelling management specialty of replacing one's post should pay attention to some questions of selecting good practice enterprises,providing good guidance teachers and establishing a scientific assessment system and so on. |
