| 摘 要： | 在企业资产重组的过程中,基层党支部面对五大难题:摆正位置难;参与难;决策难;监督难;开展活动难。要解决这五大难题,必须正确贯彻“三个代表”要求,正确认识企业资产重组中基层党支部的地位和作用,才能发挥基层党支部的基层政治核心作用,促进基层党支部依法进入企业基层的决策机构,提高参与决策的水平,改进活动方式和工作方法。
