摘    要:中国少数民族外语教育对于培养少数民族人才具有非常重要的作用。目前少数民族在实现跨越式的发展过程中和在引进发展经济对外合作项目中,外语无疑会成为重要的交际工具。但是由于存在文化冲突、心理冲突和语言冲突等因素,目前的少数民族人才的外语水平与现实需求之间的差距很大。因此引用社会学理论结构中的冲突理论来研究和分析中国少数民族大学外语教育具有现实的指导意义。采取在传授语言知识的同时开展跨文化课的教育,提高少数民族院校外语教师的教育观念以及加大对少数民族院校外语教学的投资力度等措施来提高少数民族人才的外语水平。

Abstract:Foreign language education for college minority students plays a very important role in training minority talents.Nowadays,foreign languages undoubtedly become a communicating tool in the striding development of minority areas and cooperative economical programmes with foreign countries.Cultural,psychological and language conflicting result in the low level of their foreign languages.Therefore,it is meaningful to research and analyze Conflicting Theory in Theoretical Structure of Sociology.We should carry out cross-culture courses at the same time when we teach language knowledge.And we should also improve the educational concept of foreign language teachers and enlarge the investment on foreign language teaching in order to improve the foreign language level of minority talents.
