农业院校大学生就业困境与对策探讨

高校扩招后，相较其他院校而言，农业院校毕业生面临的就业压力和挑战更大。究其原因，主要是因为农业经营模式的制约、农业院校学生自身的限制以及学校教学和就业指导没有与市场紧密结合。为此，政府在大力建设社会主义新农村的同时，要减轻乃至消除全社会对农业行业的偏见和歧视，提升农业、农民、农业工作者以及农业院校的地位；农业院校要以市场需求为导向，合理调整专业设置和教学内容，引导学生形成正确的就业观；大学生要端正心态，努力提高自身综合素质，增强就业竞争力。

Predicaments and countermeasures of graduates employment of agricultural universities

After increased enrollment, graduates from agricultural universities have more difficulties in job seeking than students from other universities. The paper analyses the restricting factors and proposes some suggestions to solve this problem： firstly, govemment should try to elimination injustice towards agriculture industry, and improve the social status of agriculture, farmers, agriculture workers and agriculltural universities.Secondly, agricultural universities should adjust and optimize the courses system .Thirdly, the universities students should improve their own comprehensive quality so as to strengthen the competitiveness in job seeking.
