| 摘 要： | 弱势群体权利保障,是一种带有特权性质的人权保障,是对法律形式公平性固有缺陷的一种必要补充、修正和超越,体现了对法律实质公平的价值追求。有效保障弱势群体的权利,从短期看,可以促进社会的稳定与和谐,保证国家长治久安;从长期看,可以提高公民道德素养和社会公平指数,促进社会精神文明的建设。当前,我国的弱势群体权利保障问题有其特点,要采取有效措施,妥善解决问题。

| Abstract: | The guarantee of the vulnerable group's rights is one of prerogative-tinted human rights,and is a kind of essential supplement,the revision and surmounting of the inherent defects of the legal form fairness,manifesting the value pursue to the legal substantive fair.To effectively ensure the rights of the vulnerable group may promote society's harmony,guarantee country's long-term stability and tranquility,enhance the moral quality of the citizen and the social justice index,and advance social spiritual civilization construction.As the issue has own characteristics,I t therefore needs to adopt effective measures to solve it properly. |
