| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代，新疆石油管理局的多种经营企业从石油行业中剥离出来，这些多种经营企业（简称改制企业）独自面对市场。但由于这些企业内部条件和外部环境的制约，其自生能力很弱。要提高它们的自生发展能力，必须在专业化经营、打造精品树立品牌和联合重组三方面精心运作。

| Abstract: | In the 1990s, the diversified management enterprises of Xinjiang Petroleum Administrative Bureau broke away from the petroleum lines and these diversified management enterprises （i.e. remanufacture enterprises） were directly exposed to the market alone. How to improve the remanufacture enterprises＇ self-development capacity in the market competition？ This paper explores business survival and development capacity from the perspective of specialized operation, the establishment of brand name and so on. |
