摘    要:民族地区院校作为地方培育高等人才的“主阵地”,承担着党赋予的助力地方经济发展、提供智力支持、实现地方长治久安等重要任务,院校的党建工作水平直接决定着其主要任务、使命的实现情况,因此有必要对民族地区院校党建工作进行考察和研究,探求新时代下党建工作稳步开展的新路径。本文基于对以呼和浩特民族学院为主的院校党建工作所做的实证调研,重点讨论了民族地区院校党建工作的内容和价值意义,分析总结出民族地区院校党建工作的现状和面临的困境,并提出有效开展党建工作的新路径,以待对民族地区党建工作水平的提高有所启示和帮助。

Abstract:As the main land of cultivating higher talents,colleges and universities in minzu area undertake the important tasks entrusted by Party,such as providing local economic development and offering intellectual support and realizing local long-term stability.The level of party building in colleges and universities directly determines the realization of their main tasks and missions,so it is necessary to investigate and study the work of party building colleges and universities in Minzu Area and to explore a new path for the steady development of party building in the new era.Based on mainly Hohhot Minzu college for nationalities colleges and universities party building of empirical research,focuses on the content and significance of the party building of Minzu colleges and universities,and this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and difficulties of party building in colleges and universities in Minzu areas,puts forward a new path to carry out party building effectively,so as to provide enlightenment and help for the improvement of party building in Minzu areas.
