| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后, 中国国有企业改革是一场全新的最具实质意义的改革, 它具有直接社会性、非常急迫性、充分理性及自觉性和整体性等特点, 若取得突破与成功, 务必采取理论先于对策的思路, 破除与废弃传统国有制理论, 大胆进行国有制理论的创新。

| Abstract: | China state-owned enterprise reform after the entry of WTO is a brand new and the most significant one and it features in direct social characters, urgent characters, fully reasonableness, consciousness and integrity. In order to make some breakthroughs and success, our way of thinking must be theory prior to countermeasure, must get rid of the traditional state-ownership theory and bravely make some renovations on the theory of state-ownership. |
