| 摘 要： | 清代既是土司制度发展完善的重要时期,也是其走向衰落的重要阶段。雍正以后,清廷在湟水流域陆续设置了府县,此后,诸家土司所占有的部分土地被清查入册,承纳＂番粮＂,土司也成为政府赋税承纳的对象,诸家土司经济实力逐渐衰微。

| Abstract: | Qing dynasty was the important stage for the Cheiftain system to develop,and also was the important stage for the Cheiftain system to decline.After Yongzheng emperor,the Qing Court began to set up the government and country in the area of Huang River,Thereafter,the part of the land of the Tusi was identified,the Tusi also was the object of the government's taxation,so the economic power of the Tusi was gradually diminished. |
