| 摘 要： | 面对当代全球出现的贫富差距、环境恶化、能源紧张等发展难题,中西各国都开始寻求诸发展难题的解决之道,并提出了相应的发展观。中国从马克思的理论中寻找资源,提出了科学发展观,西方国家也开始反思原有的经济主义发展观,纷纷提出了新发展观。这两种发展观是在同一历史境遇中生成的,其理论主旨有一定的相似之处。但是这两种理论的来源却存在差异:科学发展观的理论来源是马克思主义,而西方新发展观虽然反对长期以来作为西方正统的新古典主义发展观,但并没有脱离西方主流理论的基本分析框架。所以,这两种理论之间存在本质差异。对两者进行比较研究对于社会发展的理论和实践意义重大。
