| 摘 要： | 晚清以降 ,中国开始倍受西方挑战和自身衰败的双重打击。新中国的成立 ,标志着曾经面临的政治危局和文明危机的终结。审视当今的世界变局和中国社会的现代化进程及其带来的巨大影响 ,是我国制定新世纪国际战略的基石和前提。“文明冲突论”扩散以来 ,中国的外交战略举措中明显蕴涵着兼容性思想 ,它是对“世界多样性”思想的继承和拓展 ,也是对邓小平国际外交战略思想的发展和创新。
