摘    要:媒体竞争最终表现为人才的竞争。我国传媒业经营管理层目前还缺乏真正意义上的媒体职业经理人,在职的媒体经营管理者大多是从事过采编工作的人员,他们缺乏媒体经营管理的专业知识和实践经验。随着国内外媒体竞争发展的市场化推进,媒体经营管理人才的培养已经成为当前亟待解决的问题。

Causes of Media Management Talents Shortage & Ways of Their Training

Abstract:The competition among media is actually that of talents.At present,the media management of China lacks professional managers of media.Most of in-service managers were engaged in editorial work,they lack the necessary professional knowledge and practical experience of management.Along with the market-oriented competition both in home and abroad,the training of the talents for media management has become the urgency.
