| Abstract: | Goal-oriented management of institutions of hi gh er learning is necessary in optimizing institution system.It is the keylink of s cientific administration,the guarantee of the sure increase in benefit from scho ol operations,improvement of administrative art.Goal-oriented management in inst itutions of higher learning must be geared to actual circumstances to prevent bl ind overinvestment,and prominence should be given to school's personality as wel l as preponderance. |
