| 摘 要： | 经济法追求实质公平，体现着自由与平等的价值。其以“结果”为研究视角，以整体利益作为衡量标准。它并不反对形式公平，而是对形式公平的一种补充，追求的结果正义是一种相对正义，而不是绝对正义。

| Abstract: | Economic Law pursues substantive fairness,reflects the value of liberty and equity. It takesresultas research perspective andwhole interestsas measure standard.Economic law doesn't object formal fairness,on the contrary,it is a supplement to it.The result faimess which economic law pursues is a kind of relative justice,not absolute justice. |
