| 摘 要： | 运用能值分析理论及方法,将产业集聚系统的产业、人口、资源和环境生态等各个子系统统一起来,建立基于系统结构、功能和生态效率和可持续发展指数的综合评价体系,对产业集聚系统的发展现状、动态与动因整合分析,以此来指导和优化产业集聚的可持续发展模式,并以大连七贤岭产业化基地为案例开展了生态经济绩效评价。

| Abstract: | Though industrial clusters or agglomeration areas are helpful to increase industries' competition,they have evoked severe environmental problems.Thus,to evaluate the overall eco-efficiency of industrial clusters scientifically is very important.A new approach to assess the comprehensive performances of industrial cluster is proposed,in which several sub-systems are added into an integrated indicator system,including industry,population,resource and environment.Such an approach can help identify the current development problems of industrial cluster can be identify and the sustainable development model of a industrial cluster be analyzed by this method.A case study of Dalian Qixianling industrial base was made to test its feasibility. |
