| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告中把“提高自主创新能力，建设创新型国家”作为“国家发展战略的核心”。高校作为文化和科技创新的主要阵地，如何在建设创新型国家过程中担当重任，做出贡献，是值得研究的问题。以党的十七大精神为指导，就此进行了探索性思考。

| Abstract: | In the report of the 17th People's Congress,"enhancing independent innovative capability and building an innovative country" was put forward as " the core of our national development strategy." As the key position of cultural and scientific and technological innovation in the process of building an innovation-oriented country,how to make a contribution and take a leading role in constructing an innovative nation for colleges and universities is a problem worth studying.The paper conducts an exploratory thinking on the problem with the spirit of the 17th General Representative Congress of C.P.C as a guide. |
