| Abstract: | The question of how the educational ideas of quality education and innovative education can be embodied has been researched and deepened in the educational reformation and practices of higher education for more than ten years.The cultivation plan of talents is the guiding document and the directory of talent cultivation.If it can embody the ideas of quality education and innovation education better,it is putting the quality education and innovation education into reality. |
