| Abstract: | The existence of"Grass-roots strength"is based on many factors in some observable units in villages. There is a difference in the general comprehension of the contributions of"Grass roots strength"to the modernization of villages in Chinese and Western cultures. But we can see the contributions clearly in Chinese practices. |
