思想者:教师的应然追求

目前,将教师的理想追求定位于“研究型”、“专家型”、“学者型”,并非是一种明智长远、深刻准确的思考,而是认知浅薄、急功近利的判断。因为这是显而易见的以手段替代目的、以方式替代目标、以过程替代结果的思维方式。教师真正的理想追求与职业期盼应当是一个“思想者”。作为“思想者”的教师,应然具有独立的教育观念、系统的缄默知识、反思的行为习惯、不懈的学习需求和成熟的职业取向。教师只有将自己视为一个思想者,以思想者的眼光来审视与把握教育本质,以思想者的境界来设计与开展教育活动,以思想者的行为来引导和培养学生,以思想者的勇气来反思和提升自己,才能真正成为一名富有思想的教育者。至此,我们的教育改革才能迈出革命性的一步,我们的学生才能获得真正的优质教育。

Thinkers:The Requisite Pursuit of Teachers

At present,it is improper to aim the ideals of teachers at researchers,experts and scholars,which is obviously based on means and process rather than on aims and results.What teachers should actually pursue is to be thinkers. To be thinkers,teachers should have the scientific educational ideas,systematic knowledge,habit of introspecting,strong desire for study and well-planned professional goals.Only when teachers think and practice like thinkers can they be educators with thoughts in practice.Then it is possible to improve the reform of the education cause and let students obtain the true quality education.
