| 摘 要： | 石油价格形成机制的研究与探讨是新时期促进中国国民经济与社会发展的崭新课题。石油价格形成机制改革不但是适应石油资源的赋存条件和石油工业发展现状的需要,而且是国内油价与国际油价保持一致和适应加入WTO的客观环境的需要。在研究中国石油价格形成机制的现状与成因的基础之上,详细分析中国石油价格形成机制改革的必要性与迫切性,并从石油工业的发展战略的角度,提出了中国石油价格形成机制的改革措施。

| Abstract: | Research and discussion about pricing system of petrol has become a new topic in order to promote the development of our national economy and society.The petroleum price formation mechanism reform is adaptable to petroleum resources existence and is necessary for petroleum industry development.It is critical for the national price to be consistent with the international price and for China's entering WTO.According to the present situation and reasons of our petrol pricing system,the article analyzes the necessity and urgency of the reformation of our petrol pricing system,and also puts forward the reformed measures of our petrol pricing system. |
