| 摘 要： | 目的了解代谢综合征与血液流变学指标之间的关系。方法1400名在我院参加常规体检的部队在职干部。检测项目为腰围、体重指数、血压、空腹血糖、血脂及分型、全血高切粘度（200sec-1）。代谢综合征的判断参照美国胆固醇教育计划ATPⅢ标准。结果代谢综合征的发病率为18%。ANOVA分析显示全血高切粘度随着代谢异常程度的加重而升高（F=3.86,P〈0.001）。经校正年龄、性别及吸烟等对结果的影响,单因素logistic回归显示：腰围（OR=1.018,95%CI 1.002-1.035,P〈0.05）是高粘血症发生的危险因素,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇是保护性因素（OR=0.295,95%CI 0.133-0.680,P〈0.01）。结论本研究表明全血高切粘度与代谢综合征显著相关,提示血液流变学指标可以作为评判代谢异常严重程度的指标。
