农村公共物品供给与农民收入增长相关性分析

农村公共物品供给短缺是农民收入增长和城乡协调发展的重大障碍,其形成原因主要有城乡"二元供给体制"、政府职能残缺、融资体制障碍等。建立农村公共物品供给与农民收入增长相关性分析模型,验证了农村公共物品供给不足对农民收入增长的重大影响。据此,文章提出协调城乡经济发展、保障农村公共物品供给的对策设计。

An Analysis as for the Relation between Public Goods and Income in the Countryside

The supply of public goods in the countryside (rural areas) has much relationship to the improvement of rural income. The supply of public goods in the countryside is far less than that in cities, which has become a big barrier to the increase of rural income and to the balancing of the development between the countryside and the city. The hindrance to the supply of rural public goods in our country is the "dual systems of supply", the lack of government functions and the barriers of financing system. The consumptions in rural areas are far less than that in the city, which has not only lowered the quality of the peasants but also increased the burden of the peasants, therefore has become the hindrance to the increase of rural income.
