| 摘 要： | 推进男女和谐发展，共同进步，共享成果，这是建设社会主义和谐社会的题中应有之义．高校具有引领和服务社会的功能。应抓住当前我国高等教育正在实施“质量工程”的机遇，促进高校更加充分发挥在培养女性人才，引领先进性别文化，落实男女平等基本国策方面的作用。

| Abstract: | Promoting the harmonious development between men and women to make progress and share achievements,it is the basic contents of building the harmonious society.Universities have the function of leading and making service for society.Opportunities should be seized to apply universities's function on cultivating female talents and taking a lead in advanced gender culture,carrying out the function of basic national policy with men and women's equality. |
