| 摘 要： | 《监狱法》是目前我国唯一一部专门规定刑罚执行工作的法律,这部法律不仅存在着与其他法律的法律冲突问题,也在实质内容的具体规定方面存在着诸多问题。恰当解决这些问题,对于我国刑罚执行制度的健康发展,具有重要意义。
