| 摘 要： | 港口是世界经济增长的重要推动力,同时也是主要的污染源头和耗能单位.在全球环境恶化和能源危机的新形势下,提出了绿色港口的发展理念.通过梳理国内外绿色港口研究和建设的现状,分析了我国绿色港口建设的内在机理,从港口规划、港口建没施工、港口运营等方面.基于"生态-经济-社会"的角度,构建出绿色港口评价指标体系,进而提出相应的对策.
