| 摘 要： | 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的战略主题提出增强高校德育工作的针对性和实效性,对大学生思想政治工作提出了更高的要求。高校辅导员工作要结合新形势,分析大学生思想政治教育的不足,把握学生教育管理的规律,提升辅导员工作的科学性。
