浙江高等教育强省建设的战略思考

浙江省高等教育的改革和发展。充分体现了吴越文化敢为天下先、勇于创造突破的主体特质，形成了坚持真理与追求卓越、经世致用与服务社会、抢抓机遇与快速发展的独特经验。但高等教育的实力相对偏弱，与经济文化的发达形成明显的反差，高等教育对经济增长的贡献率长期偏低，人力资源对区域经济的促进作用没有充分体现。应着力推进浙江高等教育层次的有序化、布局的均衡化、类型的多样化、办学的开放化、人才培养的高端化，从宏观与微观两个层面处理好高等教育内部各要素之间及其与社会的关系，努力实现高等教育的和谐发展，开创高等教育强省建设的新局面。

Strategic Thoughts on Constructing Zhejiang Province with Powerful Higher Education

The reform and development of higher education in Zhejiang province fully manifests the main characteristics of Wuyue culture which advocates the pioneering work and spirit of constant innovation and breakthrough.Moreover,the unique experience of upholding the truth,pursuing excellence,applying knowledge to practice,serving the society,seizing the opportunity and developing rapidly has come into being.However,the strength of higher education seems to be relatively weak compared to the well-developed economy and culture.The effect of higher education in promoting the economic growth takes up a low proportion for a long period and the human resources fail to boost the regional economy.It is suggested that great efforts should be made to keep various levels of higher education in order,balance distribution,diversify types,open schools to the outside world and train the personnel to be elites.It is also suggested that the connection among various elements within higher education and the relationship between education and society should be dealt with well from the macro-level and micro-level in order to achieve the harmonious development of higher education,and create the new situation in constructing a province with powerful higher education.
