"深察名号"与汉儒对礼制秩序的价值探索——以《春秋繁露》和《白虎通义》为中心的考察

深察名号是汉儒董仲舒提出的一种非常重要的治国思想。它既继承三代的礼治传统和百家的名实理论,又超越了诸子技术性的名号治国论,通过深察名号的道德意蕴,使技术理性与价值理性统一起来。其后汉儒继承了这一思想方法,特别是为汉章帝制汉礼作理论清理的《白虎通义》,更是把名号的道德价值贯穿到礼制的各个领域之中。但由于古人的道德理想既存在明显的内在缺陷,也缺乏合理的制度安排,最终还是未能逃脱它走向衰亡的历史宿命。
