| Abstract: | What method of social care to use for the tending and nursing at home for the old people who are too feeble and weak to get up, or are unable to take care of their own living because of serious illness, is a common problem facing the countries whose population is ageing.The system of nursing insurance carried out in Japan is providing a way suitable for the actual condition of a country to solve this problem. |
