| Abstract: | In the view of the basic concepts and modes of thinking of physical field theory, this article makes a new attempt to discuss that the organizational behaviors possess the properties of field such as formations, attributes. The organizational behavior field, as a compound field, consists of several of sub-fields with the characteristics of synchronization, unequilibrium, and coordination. |
