| 摘 要： | 有效地防范和打击恐怖主义是当今世界各国政府必须面对的艰难课题,受多种因素的影响,我国政府的恐怖危机管理机制尚处于构建时期,在反对恐怖主义的工作中还有很多安全漏洞,因此借鉴西方国家的反恐经验,完善我国政府的反恐防控体系已成为当务之急.

| Abstract: | Effectively being on guard and attack on terrorism is the difficult topic that any government must face today.Being affected by kinds of factors,management mechanism on terrorism crisis of our country government is in the period of construction.We also have many safety loopholes on the work of anti-terrorism.So using the experience on the anti-terrorism of the western nations,perfecting our government's anti-terrorism and system control has become the urgent matter. |
