| 摘 要： | 创新是研究生教育的核心.当前我国研究生创新教育存在教育思想观念滞后、培养模式僵化、师资队伍质量不高、毕业论文及答辩把关不严等诸多问题.要通过营造良好的校园环境、学术环境,进行管理机制的创新,来推进研究生创新教育.
